Runway is a scenario under unchanged input assumptions, not a solvency, investment, financing, or financial-advice conclusion.

A visible method

The assumptions stay in the room.

01

Keep labels anonymous

Use Event 1 or Scenario A. No names, uploads, contracts, or account records are needed.

02

Choose natural months

Month one begins on day one. Dates are Gregorian date-only values; no timezone, bank, or holiday service is involved.

03

Compare unchanged inputs

Receipts precede expenses on the same day. Ties keep the earliest observation, with the opening position called t0.

A scenario, not a verdict.

Questions

A short explanation of the boundaries.

What does this tool show?

It puts your opening cash, monthly income and expense assumptions, and anonymous same-month events on separate baseline and shock timelines. Each timeline shows month-end balances and the first date below zero, if any.

Do I need to enter names or upload records?

No. Use short local event and scenario labels only. There is no account, upload, storage, share link, analytics beacon, or network request for your values.

How are reserve and bridge values rounded?

Reserve cents use integer half-up rounding, including an exact half-cent tie. The cash bridge is spread across the selected months with an integer ceiling so no fractional cent is hidden.

Can the result tell me what happens after the window?

No. A positive-through-window status only describes the unchanged assumptions and dates you entered. It does not extend the timeline or make a business recommendation.
